Long Lake Estates

Completed in 2003 and built by G.L. Homes, Long Lake Estates in Davie is an intimate community of only 95 home sites which surround a 16 acre lake. It is adjacent to it's sister community of Long Lake Ranches

The elegant gated community features a rustic stone guard house which overlooks a cascading waterfall shaded by oak and ficus trees. Long Lake Estates was carefully planned for extra-spacious home sites with beautiful waterfront, cul-de-sac and recreational trail views. The home sizes range from four to seven bedroom estate residences. 

Long Lake Estates has a dedicated community recreational park exclusively for use of its homeowners.
